PTU - Sweetie
This tutorial was made using PSPX2, but can be adapted
To do this tutorial you must have working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro

I am using the wonderful work of Ismael Rac, which I purchased it from www.xeracx.net
Items you need:
Scrapkit “Sweet Treats” by AmyMarie, which you can purchase here!
Template by Rosey 122 which can be found here!
Plugins Needed
Eye Candy 4000
Font is CatholicSchoolGirls BB
Image>canvas size> 800x800 (we can crop layer)
Delete the credits layer & white background layer
First thing, is I want you to rename all of the layers (1, 2, 3, etc.) until it looks like this:
For a total of 15 layers
Now we are ready to start tagging!
From the start, you need to add a new layer below the layer 1
Open element stars1
Image>duplicate>mirror
Image>duplicate>image flip
Image>duplicate>mirror
Merge the star layers together DO NOT RENAME
Select layer 1
Float/defloat
Open paper pp038
Copy & Paste as a new layer
Selections>invert>delete the excess
Do the same with layer 2
Select layer 3
Adjust>noise>add noise>50%
Now add a gradient glow of your choice
Select layer 4
Float/defloat
Open paper pp044
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Add gradient glow
Now on layer 5, add just the gradient glow
Select layer 6
Float/defloat
Open paper pp035 from your kit
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Add gradient glow
Select layer 7
Float/defloat
Open paper pp027
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Add gradient glow
Do the same for layer 8
Select layer 9
Open paper pp036
Copy & paste as a new layer
Selections invert>delete the excess
Add gradient glow
Delete layer 10
Select layer 11
Open paper pp036
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Now turn off layer 12
Using your selection tool
Select the 2 black squares
Open paper pp044
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert selection>delete the excess
Now open layer 12 now
Close off layer 11
Now using your selection tool again select the two pink squares
Open paper pp043
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the selection
Now open both layers
Make all 3 little squares black or #000000
Leave layer 13 alone :o)
Now depending on the colors you chose for your tag (your tube)you can delete layer 14
Follow these steps
Select layer 15 after you have delete layer 14
Float/defloat
Add a new layer
Selections>expand by 4
Flood fill with a color or paper of choice (I used pp044)
Invert>delete the excess
Now move the paper of choice layer below the main star layer
Add the gradient glow
I chose not to have the checkered stars, if you want to leave them, it’s cool :o)
Select layer 15
Float/defloat
Opened paper pp035
Invert>delete the excess
Also, keep selected and add 1 or 2 tubes of your choice, and apply the plugins or effects that you would like :o)
Reselect layer 4
Float/defloat
Now add your tube!
Invert>using your eraser tool, erase the excess tube on the bottom
Deselect
For my font, I used CatholicSchoolGirls BB at size 100
With the setting set with foreground & background as paper pp044
Add gradient glow
Don’t forget to crop your tag
DON’T FORGET TO ADD PROPER © INFORMATION!!!!!
