PTU - Emo Princess


Emo Princess
This tutorial was made using PSPX2, but can be adapted
To do this tutorial you must have working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro

I am using the wonderful work of VeryMany, which I purchased it from www.picsfordesign.com
Items you need:
Scrapkit “Awesome Sauce” by Alika’s Scraps, which you can purchase here!

Template by Rosey & Minxy 01 which can be found here!

You will need a 1 tube & closeup (if possible) for this tag

Plugins Needed
Eye Candy 4000
Font is A&S Porkchop Primitive (pay font, can’t share, sorry)

Image>canvas size> 800x800 (we can crop layer)
Delete the credits layer & white background layer
Also, delete the “wordart” layer (Rac aholic)
Select layer “rectangle10”
Float/defloat
Open paper “as_paper06”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Deselect & add your favorite gradient glow
Do the same procedure for the “rectangle11” layer
Now select layer “dotted line2”
Float/defloat
Floodfill with a color of choice or use a paper
Do the same for layer “dotted line3”
Now select the “stars” layer
Float/defloat
Open paper “as_paper05” from your kit
Copy & paste as a new layer
Add your favorite gradient glow
Follow the same steps with the “copy of stars” layer
Select layer “circle1”
Float/defloat
Open paper “as_paper 8”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Deselect & add your favorite gradient glow
Do the same with layer “circle2”
Now select layer “rectangle1”
Float/defloat
Open paper “as_paper01”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>place a close-up of your tube
Position to your liking
Invert>delete the excess
Set this layer to 37 opacity
Deselect
Add your favorite gradient glow to layer your copy of “rectangle 1”
Do the same process for “rectangle2”
Now select the “square” layer
Float/defloat
Open paper “as_paper06”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Now open element “as50”
Opy & paste as a new layer
Resize to your liking
Place in the top left of your tag (look to my tag for an example)
Image>duplicate
Image>flip
Merge both of these layers
Now select layer “rectangle3”
Float/defloat
Open paper “as_paper03”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Add your favorite gradient glow
Follow the same steps for the “rectangle4” layer
Now select layer “rectangle5”
Float/defloat
Flood fill with a gradient
I used #af4e9f as my foreground & #1d97a2 as my background
Adjust>add noise 50%
Add your favorite gradient glow
Follow the same steps with layer “rectangle6”
Now select layer “rectangle7”
Float/defloat
Open paper “as_paper05”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Deselect & add your favorite gradient glow
Follow the same instructions for layer “rectangle8”
Next, select the “rectangle9” layer
Float/defloat
Open paper “as_paper01”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Add your favorite gradient glow
Now open element “as27”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Resize to your liking (don’t forget to adjust>sharpen)
Paste your main tube
Add your favorite drop shadow
Open element “as06”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Resize to your liking (adjust>sharpen)
Place in the bottom left of your tag
Now open element “as07”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Resize to your liking
Add your favorite drop shadow
Place where desired
Add your name

For my font, I used A&S Porkchop Primitive at size 72, this is a pay font, so unfortunately, I cannot share :o(
For my foreground, I used null, and for my back ground I used paper “as_paper06”
Crop your tag

PTU - Passion

Scrapkit “Sweet Skulls” by AmyMarie, which you can purchase here!
Template is a collab by AprilDawn & MZDixi, you can find it here!

I used 1 close-up for this tag
Plugins Needed
Eye Candy 4000
Font is A&S Motherlode (pay font, so I can’t share, sorry)

Now to make the tag :o)
Image>canvas size> 800x800 (we can crop layer)
Delete the following layers:
Mask 1, Mask 2, Mask 3, Mask 4
Also, delete “wordart outline” and “wordart” layers
Finally delete the “crinfo” layer

Now select the “bigpinksquare” layer
Float/defloat
Open paper “024” from the kit
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Add your favorite gradient glow
Add your favorite drop shadow
Select the “outterbk” layer
Float/defloat
Using the same paper as before (024)
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Deselect
Adjust>add noise at 50%
Add your gradient glow
Select the “innersquare” layer next
Float/defloat
Open paper “pp2” from the kit
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Add your favorite gradient glow
Next, select the “upperdkpinkretangle” layer
Float/defloat
Open paper pp025” from Amy Marie’s kit
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Now select the “pinklines”
Float/defloat
Add a new layer
Flood fill with #000000 (black)
Follow the same steps above for the next two “lowerpindkkretangle” and “pinklines2” layers
Add your favorite gradient glow to each layer
Now select the “lowerpinkretangle” layer
Float/defloat
Open paper “pp6” from your kit
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Add your favorite gradient glow
Select the “upperpinkretangle” layer
Float/defloat
Open paper “pp6” from your kit
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Add your favorite gradient glow
Select the “pinkinnercircle” layer
Float/defloat
Open paper “pp018”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Open element “flame1”
Copy and paste as a new layer inside your circle
Invert>delete the excess
Set this flame layer to “overlay”
Now select the “pinkdots” layer
Add a new layer, and floodfill with a purple shade of your choice
(Or you can use a paper)
Now add your tube or close-up
Paste it as a new layer
Go back and reselect your “pinkinnercircle” layer
Float/defloat
Then select your tube layer
Invert>delete the excess
Next, select the “pinkcircleframe” layer
Float/defloat
Open paper “pp1”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Now open element “bottlecapchain1”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Resize to your liking
Place one in the top left of your tag
Image>duplicate>mirror
Merge both bottlecapchain layers together
Now open element “bear”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Resize to your liking
Place to the middle left of your tag
Add your favorite gradient glow
Image>duplicate>mirror
(Look to my tag as an example)
Merge both bear layers together
Now open “bottlecap1”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Resize to your liking
Move to the top left corner, making it look that this is where the chain is attached
Image>duplicate>mirror
Image>duplicate>flip
Image>duplicate>mirror
(look at my tag 4 an example)
Now open element “sadteddy2”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Resize to your liking, do not forget to adjust>sharpen
Place this to the right of your tube, near the circle
Add your name!
I used null as my foreground & paper pp1” as my background
Place to your liking
Add your favorite gradient glow

For my font, I used A&S Motherlode at 72

Don’t forget to crop your tag!

I am using the wonderful work of Rebellious Scraps for the “Emo Girl”, this is a script for PSP, which can now be found here!
Scrapkit is “Wanna Lick” PTU kit by Amy Marie, which can be found at here!
Last but not least you need your template 445, by Missy which can be found here!

For this tut, you will need to have the following plugins
Eye Candy 4000

Now on the tut!
Open your template
Delete the “by missy” layer & the background layer
Go to Canvas size and resize it to 800x800 (don’t worry, we will resize later)
Select the “rounded edge rect3” layer
Float/defloat
Open paper “2” by Amy Marie
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
deselect
Add your favorite gradient glow
Next, select the “circle3” layer
Float/defloat
Open paper “1”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Deselect
Add your favorite gradient glow
Select the “square2” layer
Open paper “3” from your kit
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Deselect
Add your favorite gradient glow
Do the same with the “square1” layer
Next, select the “rounded edge rect2” layer
Open paper “2” again
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Deselect
Add your gradient glow
Select the “small rectangle2” layer

Select the “centre circle back”layer

Copy & paste as a new layer

Now select the “circle 2 back”
Add your gradient glow
Select the “circle 2” layer
Open paper “4”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Add your gradient glow
Select the “circle 1 back”
Add your gradient glow
Now select the “circle 1” layer
Open paper “012”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Deselect
Add your gradient glow
Now on the same layer
Open element “sucker010” (or a sucker of your choice)
Copy & paste as a new layer
Reselect the “circle 1” layer
On your sucker layer, invert>delete the excess
Image>duplicate
Image>mirror
This should result in having a sucker in both circles
Merge these two layers together
Next, select the “heart1” layer
Open paper “012”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Select the “rectangle” layer
Open paper “1”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Now, open element “glitter2”
Copy and paste as a new layer
Keeping your selection on the rectangle layer
Delete the excess
Now open element “glitter3”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Position in the rectangle
Mirror
Reselect the rectangle layer
Invert>now back to the “glitter3” layer, delete the excess
Deselect
Merge both “glitter” layers together
Now open element “mglass1”
Resize to your liking
Place on the left bottom of your tag
Duplicate>mirror
Merge both “mglass1” layers
Add a drop shadow of choice
Merge both “mglass1” layers together
Now select the “sweet on you” layer
Adding a new layer, flood fill with a color of choice
Now between your “sweet on you” layers add the following:
“heart2” layer
Select the “heart2” layer
Float/defloat
Open paper “012”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Invert>delete the excess
Now, still between your “sweet on you” layer, add your tube of choice
Then again on your “sweet on you layer” that you have floodfilled
Add your favorite gradient glow
Now open element “bow2”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Resize to your liking
Place one of the left & right of your tag (look to my tag for an example)
Merge both of the “bow2” layers together
Now open element “cupcake4” (or a cupcake of your choice)
Place one in the lower left of your tag
Duplicate & place in the bottom right (again look to my tag for an example)
Merge both cupcake layers together
Now open element “flower1”
Copy & paste as a new layer
Resize to your liking
Position to your liking
Duplicate>mirror
Merge both “flower1” layers together

For my font, I used Mr. Keningbeck at size 72
With paper “4” as my foreground and paper “5” as my background
